While every effort will be made to ensure your seals arrive in top condition and suited for your fridge, occasionally things go awry. If the seals are not suitable due to a fault on our part, we will replace them at no charge to you. The originally supplied seals must be returned to us. We will refund normal postage costs. You must contact us before returning any seals otherwise we will not be responsible for the return postage cost. If you have ordered incorrect seals, we are not required to provide a replacement or give a refund.
